Tis A Dark World For All Its Sun Poem by james watkin

Tis A Dark World For All Its Sun

Tis a dark world for all its sun.
For all that renews hourly
In Man's assent and Man's art
Is bespattered dismally.

Without a thought no child but holds
Its sphere in its correct light.
Lovers'too, fear-uninformed, as
Butterfly realms are, of night.
