Ency Bearis, is a Registered Nurse by profession, and had practiced in the Philippines, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, currently in the United States Of America, He was born and raised in Nabua, Camarines Sur, Philippines, Had lived for several years in New York City, New York, USA, Now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA with his wife and children.

Ency Bearis, is a Poet by chance, for he has no formal education or Master in English Literature. Nonetheless, with master in tailoring words into phrases be praised in form of Poetry. Being Poetry is passion of interest, thereupon only his avocation. However, he was featured in 'Who Is Who In American Literature', alongside, to name a few, with Maya Angelou, Hugh Ayre, Jean M. Auel, Richard Bach, etc.etc.
