in all the corners of my room;
I find her not.

Hope is bright shining light which keeps darkness at the bay
Hope is gentle cold breeze on a hot summer day

From that water of life he is in a state of elation.

I hope your happy with your life
I hope your happy with your wife
I hope you see what you have done
I hope you see that this is all wrong

Like a bird on the wire,
like a drunk in a midnight choir
I have tried in my way to be free.
Like a worm on a hook,

Oh the sisters of mercy, they are not departed or gone.
They were waiting for me when I thought that I just can't go on.

You smiled, you spoke, and I believed,
By every word and smile deceived.
Another man would hope no more;
Nor hope I what I hoped before:

Hope is a tattered flag and a dream of time.
Hope is a heartspun word, the rainbow, the shadblow in white
The evening star inviolable over the coal mines,
The shimmer of northern lights across a bitter winter night,
...
A shattered glass like silence now pervades
The secret space; she keeps her dreams concealed.
Uneasy once, the stars now quell and aid
Her doubt. A gaze upon the sky revealed

When I wake in early morn,
Each time the day is new.
I thank the Lord that you were born,
As I'll die loving you.

I never saw a Purple Cow,
I never hope to see one,
But I can tell you, anyhow,
I'd rather see than be one!

Can life be a blessing,
Or worth the possessing,
Can life be a blessing if love were away?
Ah no! though our love all night keep us waking,

In the silence of the night Death descended from God toward the earth. He hovered above a city and pierced the dwellings with his eyes. He say the spirits floating on wings of dreams, and the people who were surrendered to the Slumber.
When the moon fell below the horizon and the city became black, Death walked silently among the houses - careful to touch nothing - until he reached a palace. He entered through the bolted gates undisturbed, and stood by the rich man's bed; and as Death touched his forehead, the sleeper's eyes opened, showing great fright.

When Love was born of heavenly line,
What dire intrigues disturbed Cythera's joy!
Till Venus cried, 'A mother's heart is mine;
None but myself shall nurse my boy,'

Dare I hope to hope?
Is it safe? Is it right?
Am I hoping for nothing
But a black and empty night?

I gulp my coffee - burn my mouth - grab up my coat and slippin' out

All Nature seems at work. Slugs leave their lair-
The bees are stirring- birds are on the wing-
And WINTER slumbering in the open air,
Wears on his smiling face a dream of Spring!

Hope
Poem
I saw hope today. She knocked on my door three times, No I didn't commit a crime. I saw hope today. As she was standing in a red dress to take away all my stress. I must say I'm truly blessed. She never makes me feel no less. When push comes to shove Hope love always come down from above. Hope love fits like a glove. I love Hope with all my might for she'll never leave my sight. Hope makes my world bright for she is my light. I pray for her day and night. Somehow she always makes things rights! It's not because I'm black and she's white. We both human beings in God sight. Yeah, they might come and tie the ropes tights hang me from a tree in the middle of the night. But for Hope love, I will fight! It's not the color of our skin but our hearts within. I like how Hope makes me grin when she touches the bottom of my chin. I like how Hope wears the Bobby pins & using the rolling pin. They say this is an original sin then let my dying begin! I saw Hope today. In the ground, she placed my body to lay. I knew today was the Lord day as Mrs. Hope took the railway to make sure no more birds of prey trying to cast another color away!

Hope that's a certainty.
Hope steadfast and sure.
Hope for eternity.
Hope that will endure.

In the marginalized world of the spirit
Hope stands out as a beacon on the highest mountain
Strategically placed to serve humanity's journey home
To have hope is to be totally invisible to the reckless hands of time
...
Upon you I wish a curse
No, I wish upon you much worse,
I hope that you are happy when you are free
And that you never find no one else like me.

Hope floats in many ways
Just like boats
Into our minds and into our thoughts
Hope is the vision to find out the correct ways
